Three years ago Bryan Scogins opened Edna’s Unbaked CBD at the Hidden Creek Business Center in Burleson, TX.

Scogins said he suffered from anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. He hated the awful side effects from the prescription medications so he started using CBD products as an alternative. “When it worked for me I decided I wanted to do everything I could to help other people, and that’s why I opened Edna’s Unbaked,” he said.

CBD has great benefits, Scogins explains; CDB is all-natural and has no major side effects, it is a natural anti-inflammatory, reduces pain, and helps regulate moods and stress. The biggest misconception of CBD products is that it comes from marijuana. “CBD comes from the hemp plant, which is a cousin of the marijuana plant, but hemp and hemp products will not get you high,” he said.
