I wish I had found and rented from establishment 4 yrs ago. Mary Anne the customer service Queen is a rock star! Very friendly, helpful, accommodating. I now rent a climate-controlled 10 x 10 space for $25 more than the 5 x 8 non- Climate controlled unit at facility closer to my living accommodations. The rent on the other facility has risen significantly twice a year. Very pleased to have my belongings stored safely inside and climate-controlled. Lastly I appreciate having to use code to leave the property, unlike every other facility I've used where you simply drive up to the gate & it automatically opens. This way, they can monitor the traffic more closely.

Rented a truck for a couple of hours, and the process was easy to reserve it online. The staff were great to work with, and the truck did the job perfectly. Always great to have a competent U-Haul resource in this part of town. I would definitely rent a truck from this location again!

Storage depot in Burleson is AMAZING!!! The office staff is wonderful. 5 stars for them. On the other hand the after hours call center customer service rep, Sade, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She could really use a lesson or 7 in customer service.

The women working there were very helpful and considerate. I had to rent three units to store my entire house while I wait for my new home to be completed. They went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. The units were clean and perfect for my needs. I just wish they could prorate for moveout months as I will probably only be there for a few days after the 1st and will have to pay a full month on three units, in what has been a very expensive double move so far.

No one answers the phone. Maybe low staffed..? The entrance is too small and unsafe to use rental trucks. If they're busy, you're stuck out in traffic until some opens gate and hardly any parking spaces available

Storage depot is the place to go for any storage needs and uhauls needs. The ladies in the front office were amazing! Gave me water on this 100 degree day. They made sure to walk the uhaul with me. If you don't come here for you storage needs or uhaul you are missing out!!!!

Mary Ann and Mary are absolutely amazing. They made a difficult week so easy for me. If you want to use a storage with honest people who care this is the place to go.

I believe the employees are trying to do a good job, but when they have computer problems or issues they are not getting the help they need. They should get the help from someone other than being told to call someone else. There should be one number to call for help when needed.

These have been the most nicest helpful people I have been in contact with since I’ve been here so far very helpful and kind. I will be back if I need a storage place and also recommend others here THANK YOU

Storage depot Burleson is the best place to get your u haul needs , Mrs. Mary was forever helpful with our reservation. The truck I reserved ended up being to small and she was very helpful on helping us find a bigger one in a near by location. ( in the weekend). It only took a few minutes in the office and we were al set . Amazing customer service.

We have been customers of the Burleson Storage Depot three times over the last 10 years. Between moves and remodeling or house the staff has always been accommodating, polite, and great to talk to. We even used their UHaul pickup/ drop off service and it was very convenient and saved us money on extra mileage than picking up the truck at the next closest uHaul rental center. If we ever have needs for temporary storage in Burleson again we will share be back.

This is the most convenient rental storage place I've ever dealt with. And the units are spotlessly clean and have lights in them if you need to go at the night. The ladies in the office are great to work with and always pleasant and fun to chat with for a minute. I highly recommend this place for your precious things.

I was not sure of storage size I needed for my move. Mary Ann was so helpful in helping me get the right unit. She took time and showed me different sizes and asked about things I didn't consider. Excellent help. She knows her business and put me in the right size.
